RHINOTUFF Roof Top Air Ventilators are natural air ventilation systems, which harness the power of wind to naturally ventilate living and work spaces.

RHINOTUFF Roof Top Air Ventilators work like conventional exhausts, but do not consume any electric power. They are effective in exhausting hot air, smoke, obnoxious gases, corrosive fumes, dust etc. from the place of installation.

RHINOTUFF Roof Top Air Ventilators help create a conducive and productive work environment by removing hot stale air and by facilitating entry of fresh air. Besides providing natural ventilation they also provide natural light in the place of installation.

They provide natural ventilation as well as natural light round the year and that too at no running cost. 

Roof Top Air Ventilators comprises of Ventilator Fans and Base Frames. The Ventilator Fans are made of Aluminium or Stainless Steel or a combination thereof. The Base Frames can be in Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Polycarbonate or Fibreglass.   

RHINOTUFF Roof Top Ventilators are available in the standard throat diameter sizes of 21’’ (530 MM) and 24’’ (600 MM).

The maximum exhaust capacity of 24’’ Turbo Ventilators is 2700 C.F.M., where as the maximum capacity of the smaller 21’’ Turbo Ventilators is 2500 C.F.M.  The exhaust capacity depends on the wind speed, stack height (the height at which Ventilators are installed) and the temperature difference inside and outside the building.

The total requirement for Roof Top Ventilators is calculated by applying the following formula:

 

N= 60 Q  x Y / Vol.

Where, 

N = Number of air changes reqd. per hour                                                                                                                                                                                       Q = Volumetric flow rate of air in Cubic Feet Per Minute (C.F.M.) / Ventilator                                                                                                                                    Y= Total No. of Turbo Ventilators required.                                                                                                                                                                                         Vol. = Volume of space (air) to be ventilated L × W × H, in Cubic Feet
